Comments: There are die chips around Stars 3 through 13. There are die lines between the 52 digits in the date and the rim. Ahwash lists a later die state example with a die crack from the lower part of right leg through the right field and under Star 13 to the rim. Reverse C shows several die lines between (ST)ATES and the wreath to the right. There is also a faint die crack from the rim to UNITE(D).
