Comments: In a later die state, Obverse 4 has developed a die crack that starts above Star 7, proceeds right through Liberty's head, then through Star 8, the cap and tops of Stars 9 and 10 before exiting to the rim. This obverse die crack will be present on all subsequent die states when Obverse 4 is paired with Reverse E. The pairing of Obverse 4 and Reverse O has been recently identified. I did not want to disturb the existing order of reverse die designations with Obverse 4, therefore this new reverse die is listed as Reverse O though it is the second reverse to be paired with Obverse 4. At some later date, I will re-order and rename the reverse dies in alignment with known die pairings.

Reverse O has several diagnostics that allow quick differentiation from Reverse D or E. The (S)TATES has a die spur or defect in the upper loop. Also there is a die defect above the upper serif of AME(R)ICA. Both of these diagnostics should be sufficient for identifying Reverse O.
