Comments: Obverse 4 continues to show repunching on the 1 digit, with the repunching being above the left and right bases of the 1. A die crack is visible through STATES and proceeds into Liberty's head. Reverse D is doubled with the die doubling being most obvious on (D)IME. Reverse D has severely degraded and is cracked throughout the outer wreath. Earlier stages of a retained cud appear between 7:30 and 9:00. Does any one have a later die state example with a full cud in this area?
