Obverse Diagnostic Point(s) Reverse Diagnostic Point(s)
Comments: Several diagnostic points are available for Obverse 5. The most obvious is a long diagonal die scratch that starts above Liberty's left breast and ends under her ear. The top loop of an 8 digit has been misplaced in the base, slightly to the left of the pendant. On this Type I reverse, die doubling within in the denomination is significant. Doubling can be see on O(NE) D(IME).
